Pelican Wishes!

'Postcard Pals' strikes again!
Did I tell you how much I adore this set?!

The little fish looks so happy!! Is she oblivious to the danger of being eaten, I wonder! :-)
Oh how glorious it would be to go through life believing the best in everyone and everything, right?

So, I hope you enjoy this little Pelican and his happy-to-be-eaten little buddy in his mouth! :-)
Seriously, is she not the cutest little fish!?! She makes me smile just looking at her.

I whipped out my Stampin' Blends markers again.....LOVE them! So fun to color with!
I am no pro to coloring...they are just so nice and easy to play with and layer colors.
You have to barely touch the paper to apply ink...its nice with the dual tip sizes too.
If you don't have them, I'd definitely recommend them!

Get out your DSP scraps....this is a great way to use them!
Any color combo will work for this.....

Lovely Happy Birthday!

There's sooooo many wonderful products in this new catalog
that I'm sometimes giddy with the want of using them! :-)

The Polka Dot Tulle ribbon was one of those products! Love it!! Its so easy to work with and I can't wait to use it again! I think it just pulled this card design together nicely...very feminine.

This set, 'Southern Serenade', is fast becoming a favorite of mine!
The lace stamp is SO pretty and makes a great background!
Drag out your Whisper White ink pad and try it on many colors and see just how pretty it is!!

I used the wonderful new Lovely Lipstick ink pad and the Aqua Painter to color in the flowers!
Quick and easy!
The cutting them out was the hardest part of this design. :-)

Wonderful Adventure!

Taking two teenage girls to Florida on a road trip is definitely an adventure!! lol.

First stop was St Augustine beach, then the Old Town, my sister's, the Springs, Destin, Pensacola beach, my parents, Anna Ruby Falls and the town of Helen in the Georgia mountains and then finally home!! Whew!! I need a vacation from the vacation!

Hoping they enjoyed all the experiences!

This next card speaks to that adventure....and the colors of the water and beach.
Pensacola is referred to as the Emerald Coast for a reason! :-)

Throw in a sea creature and coral and you've got a fun little card
with this adorable set called 'Sea of Textures'...complete with the option for die cuts too!
