Black Rose Beauty!

When I say you can stamp a rose in any color and it looks good....I mean it! :-)

For those friends in your life who find black is there favorite color, this could be a card design for you to create for their Birthday....or another sentiment.

I'm finding this stamp set, "Healing Hugs", is so versatile and quite the go-to for it's easy image to stamp. You can use a single color or dauber on multiple shades of colors. 

Just have fun with it!

Also, when creating a full size card, and you have all your colors, paper and stamps out....go ahead and design a 3x3 card too! Your 3x3's are perfect to have around for little Thank You's , gift giving and for any other occasion you might need.

Wedding Wishes!

Exciting, stressful, fun, stressful, memorable, stressful.....did I say stressful? :-)

We love a good ceremony, but boy is the road to get there full of too many choices, decisions and worry over who to invite..... and what happens when you invite particular people that don't get along well with others. :-) Then there's the cake.......

Feel Better!

There's not much worse than feeling lousy or sick...the feeling that your body is fighting you and you have no control over it. That's when you take the control back, feed it with the best nutrition possible, reduce your stress and get lots of rest....at least where you can! :-)

I have an Aunt that's fighting cancer and she's a tough Cookie!

She looks beautiful, even while feeling lousy....not sure how she does it!

It was a surprise diagnosis for her, but she is handling it with grace, humor and the willingness to fight it. Her positive attitude will get her though this tough period.

She's a nurse and has spent her career taking care of other people and now she's having to get used to being the patient. So thankful that my folks are close by and have the love, time and energy to be there for her through her fight. Please keep her in your prayers.

It's with her in mind that I designed this card to get in the mail to her. :-)

I used the beautiful rose from the 'Healing Hugs' stamp set. I love the way the design does all the shading for you!! This rose will be beautiful in whatever color you decide to use.

The sentiments are lovely too.
